Parking would be a problem + you would be paying for petrol and couple of tolls. the best thing would be to get a train to Dublin Heuston and get a Luas (Train) to city centre.
This would be cheap+convenient.

No biometric needed at the time of application. Once application is approved and u go to get your GNIB card, the guy on the immigration will finger print u. For PPS just go to the nearest social welfare office. For Company registrtion drop in to CRO office in Parnell Street Dublin 2. More questions ...
