Re: MN1 (registration) application processing timelines (onl

If you're applying by post you should send original documents and passports. Otherwise, you can use NCS to keep your originals. Because you're applying for your son, you only need to send his passport if he has one, you don't need to send yours. Marriage certificate is required. When I applied for ...

Re: ILR applications for PBS deps - spouse long residence

Yes you can do it at a PEO, same day decision. It's money making but also required to satisfy the rules. My son was born here in UK, So I think I won't need him to include with his mother application as he would be applying for nationality, correct? And do I also have to satisfy the earning thresho...

Re: ILR applications for PBS deps - spouse long residence

FLR(M) under the old rules then SET(M) once FLR(M) is granted. A1 English required for FLR(M) and B1 English and LIUK for SET(M). Thanks for quick reply, Can we apply Flr(m) on PEO? How long does it usually take? Isin't it only a money making scheme because what's the point behind getting flr(m) fi...

Re: why do I have to pay for my baby's NHS treatment?

I think you should contact citizen advice buerue and you should contact solicitor about this. If the solicitor says your case is strong then go to the court. £7000 is a lot of money. The lady you spoke to, is not going to bother what you say. I think you should send the photocopies of childs passpor...

Re: Car allowance or Company Car

I think the best thing for you to contact your HR department. Your car allowance is taxable money and you'll loose your benefits as well. Don't forget to update Benefit office about the pay rise and allowance because in future this may become a big trouble for you. I don't know why you would have to...

Hello I think you shouldn't take PBS calculator as a definite thing because I've seen may posts saying that the degree shows on calculator bust doesn't show the points etc. So I would advise to get NARIC certificate which cost only £52 approx and you'll have peace of mind, rather then get your appli...
