Re: ILR Set M urgent help needed

Anyone please? keeping the short time in mind, in my suggestion, you can print out the online statements and add the last available original statements. If you have added these payments as your household income then you should attach these and explain why the bank statements are not signed/stamped ...

Re: ILR-Islamic Calender Dates- No exit Date at UK

Thanks Suresh for your reply. According to my knowledge, might be i am wrong , SAR file does not give information about exit date from UK. It only give information about entry date to UK. SAR doesn't give you information about your exits and entry, it only gives you the information for your first a...

Travel plans after Applying Citizenship

I've booked holidays the next day of my appointment with the NCS. I'll be coming back after 5 weeks. Would there be a problem in doing so? How long do we usually have to book the ceremony if in case I received the approval letter before I come back. BTW I'll be giving the correspondence address of m...

Re: Naturalisation (as Spouse of British) - Council Tax issu

Just add your wife in the current proprty and start paying full council tax. That's the only way forward. You don't HAVE to attach all those old council tax bills. Just attach the current one with your wife's name on...

Re: Self Employed statement of Account

I don't think you have to worry about it. Now the HO can get your tax information directly from HMRC so I'm not sure why they still want a SA, I assume it's just a legacy from when there was no direct access for them. Also you have to list all your addresses in the AN form so one of those will matc...

You have already gathered respected info, however use the same name as of your passport displays and you would not need the explaination. Re: UK NARIC - English Language Assessment Reply

UK NARIC only assess your degree for C1, not more not less. If your degree was thought in English and its over c1 level, they will still give you the same statement. If they have written in the letter that UK NARIC is satisfied that the degree was taught in English but it doesn't meet c1, this will ...
