The HO granted student visa on the 10/10/2006. The Home Office archived obtained through SAR shows a copy of FLR(S) form received by them on the 20/07/2006, VALIDATED by charging team on 03/08/2006 and VALIDATED by Caseworker on 24/08/2006. ACCA student or member without a practising certificate cannot provide full accounting service, according to acca without a PC, making FInancial Statements beyond trial balance is a breach of ACCA regulation.

i think you should apply based only on your accounting degree, register with HMRC under MLR. choose job title from NQF 4 level code 3537.
