Re: Pls ROR Application Need Some Advice

why would they check your right to work if your current RC is valid until 2015? also, you should receive COA with right to work ( a friend of mine has his few months before) but just make sure you send the latest evidence (Payslip, Contract..etc) of your spouse up until the month or week you are sen...

Re: After ports "1A" admission stamp - what next.

she can apply for NIN once she is here and normally she will be offered an interview with in one week. she can look on line for jobs or visit the JC and look for what's appropriate for her. EEA2 should come within 6 months from entry. Although the 5 years RC is just a confirmation of her rights and ...

To be honest a i am not an expert on what to put in the letter but i as can gather from all replies on this site, you better go through both routes in the same time (Reconsideration and Appeal). If you think a solicitor can do it better (Providing he/she knows what they are talking about as some do ...

1- should put the right reason/s for divorce. what slows down a divorce if one party contests it; and not what you write or states.

2- and no. Decree absolute does not state reason/s for divorce.

you said it your self " coming to live with the EEA national in the UK" which is not the case as you say. FP is sort of residence permit. i had it my self years ago and worked with it and had my driving licence, bank account...etc. Also, IO in the embassy would not use the term "Marri...

i do not mean to annoy you at all. my understanding is that a family Permit is issued to a non EU whilst his/Her EU partner is exercising treaty rights in UK. your wife does not reside in UK and that's what i am trying to say. on the other hand, if your spouse lives here and you can manage to pass t...

I believe you don't qualify for option 1 as you no longer a family member. thanks MalakA for the update on the Residence Visa.

Your marriage will be 100% acceptable in UK without registering it first in Slovenia and hopefully with all relevant documents and a bit of luck, your future husband will get his FP in no time.

As eng.kamo said, you do not really need to register the marriage in Slovenia to validate it. My understanding is that your embassy here in London or any where should accept the marriage certificate and register it unless there are some specific reasons for them not to do so !! your priority now sho...

1- You better apply for a visa (non tourist ) residence from the Egyptian consulate in London. Due to bureaucracy in Egypt, without it, you might end up going up and down to tahrir square to get it sorted. ( bit tricky now with all demonstrations around it). 2- I am not sure where is your fiancé liv...

hi all, I understand every one is under pressure when it comes to their applications and their time-scales with HO. From my experience, set your mind for 6 months and if it is decided in shorter time, then its a bonus. as for my self, i took the solicitor route as my situation was a bit of mix up. H...
