Re: Little help needed with AN application

I believe it is self explanatory for both sections

2.4 : self employed and name of the company
2.5 : self employed and details of the business

don't forget to include HM Revenue & Customs Self Assessment Statements of Account with the application.

was your husband in UK prior to you moving over here in 2008 or did you both move in the same time? @Hubba not 100% sure but if he is employed by UK based company and pays his tax to the UK authorities, then he is considered to be exercising treaty rights in UK. the case is a bit tricky, so let us w...

Re: Overstay and get married

you do not need to contact UKBA yourself but the registrar might do if he/she suspects the marriage. up until 2011, there was something called "certificate of approval" issued by UKBA to mainly Illegal and overstayed individuals who wish to get married in UK. the scheme has been abolished ...

Re: Naturalisation Court Issue

I am afraid to say it is a Non-custodial conviction and will result in 3 years ban( from the date of the court order) before you can apply for naturalisation. the court rejected the appeal and therefore it is considered as a criminal conviction in regards to the "good Character" requiremen...
