Thanks ALL. The point is our initial visa was granted on 18/03/14 and it had been valid until 18/03/17. So our initial visa had been valid for 3 years and not more. So we cannot vary our application to ILR until the review process would delay until March 2019! Also, do we have to withdraw this appli...

Dear Nali78, how do you know it will be decided by the end of May? I tried to figure out why you said end of May and I found out it's 6 months after interview. Does HO have such a timeframe?

Thanks a lot Olasunkanmi. That was exactly what I believe we out to be doing. Our immigration advisor have advised against opening a joint account! I don't know why. what do you mean by Payslips, Bank statements confirming the payment by the companies? You mean the payslips of your employees? and the bank statement showing that you have paid your employees from your business account?
