Re: EEA3-EEA4 REFUSED DUE TO LACK OF COMPREHENSIVE SICKNESS

I think their decision is correct because all the self sufficiency period should be covered by CSI but not just buy CSI just before application. I know very few forum members got success in this way which maybe because of their luck and everyone has different luck.

I don't know what's reasons of this thread. Because when you will renew your passport after one month then why do not you do it before one month while abroad or before leaving. What's difference

Re: Denial of permanent card / new 5 year resident status ?

Well according to this UK case law, an EEA national can still be considered a "worker" if he's not paying his taxes and N.I. if his work is genuine and effective. What a joke. How comes the business activities without paying taxes can be genuine and effective rather not paying the tax may...

Re: Eea 3 and 4 application and benefit

Ukba has link with benefits authority to check that but what I believe is that all such benefits an EU national worker can claim but in case of self sufficiency it may cause problem if these benefits has been claimed continuously for longer period. I also think in this case applying eea3 alone at fi...

Re: Eea 3 and 4 application and benefit

I am not expert but transferring funds into EU national regularly is a good practice for self suffiency but claiming WTC and child benefit continuously for longer time can be harmful (if caseworker trace it).

Nope £5000 excess to save CSI monthly premium is stupidity which should £500-£1500 which is normal. Because to save CSI premium you might hit my caseworker by otherway which is not a saving in total.

Re: UKBA raided property where Long residence ILR holder liv

I agree with hunter because warrant letter is like receipt/report highlight the title of job they planned and underneath they usually mention the items/person/material they seized. If they not took any of his documents and the same not mentioned in warrant report which they left then no worry at all.
