Re: SET (LR) application fee heavily rising from £1093 to £1

1500-1093= £407 increase in one shot is too high  . Why no one from applicants ever dare to ask them such unjustifiable increase

Re: Domestic violence rules abolished?

I don't know that whether domestic violence in EU directive give anything to non-eu national and the ror option is only available if divorce the EU national after three years. But if EU national is settled means have PR then maybe indefinite leave option become available depending on the severity of...

Usually to non-eu national the telephone operator who can be security too give reply that application can take 6 months. But I think to EU national they may give near to accurate reply. Try to ring them usually 09:30 when they have fresh brain and if telephone operator does not cooperate then try ag...

Sometimes they take too long to give reply to email so better to call them preferably around 09:30 when they have fresh brains.

Re: ROR: INVITED FOR INTERVIEW

I guess that such interview will be for few minutes but try your best to bring as much as possible the documents relating to you and ex. And also ask them the possibility for the refund of expenses which you incurred.

Re: PR for Child

I think caseworker has given you incomplete or wrong advise. Child can register as British national if under 18 years of age and one of parent has PR.

Child is EU national by birth and you have PR. So simply apply his British passport instead PR.

Re: Documents for EEA4 from the EEA member

From your side in your case the following documents can work out:
1. Your eea3 PR card (not whole papers of 5 years)
2. Your passport or Id card
3. Your tenancy agreement/bills/bank statements etc to confirm that you did not absent from UK for 2 years.

Re: Clarification Please

Very very interesting query. I think that if you spent 3 years then divorce the EU national then better to retain rights instead apply again eea2 with new EU partner. And I also guess that if you immediately marry another EU partner who is excersing its treaty rights then the clock won't reset to ze...

I also think same as uk2005. How can they call for interview to ROR applicant with its ex partner. It seems like a mistake which should not be ignored rather need to be clarified. Tommorow morning call to them and tell your situation. If the telephone operator does not help then keep on trying with ...

Re: Can non-Christians get married in Church of England

Yes but if you are a Muslim you might be sentenced to a stoning or beheading by your Mullah. And the vicar might not be too happy if you say alluah akabar as you enter the church. You must not speak until listen carefully the circumstances of the query seeker. You should not discharge your mental d...
