Re: Life in the UK test validity

Life in UK test has no expiry but try to pass it as quicker as possible because current syllabus is more tough than previous syllabus especially history chapter because if in future if they change again then it will be more tough. And if you had passed it now then it will be valid in future too even...

Re: moving in other european country with British child

I don't think so because how a child can exercise treaty rights and even the child is British but is minor and dependent on consent of its parents and I don't think extended family member come into play. Re: How long after I can apply EEA4, If my wife holding EU &

I don't think you can make a big jump towards indefinite rather have to complete 5 years with partner then apply for PR which is similar to ILR. Otherwise you might need to apply again the spouse visa of settled person which is more costly, complicated and will eat your previous time on eea2.

Re: Loan and Credit Card

You said that you improving credit rate but late payments will destroy badly the credit rating. But if loan providers are happy on late payments and bailiffs have not been engaged over this matter then UKBA will have no issue.

Re: EEA national proving CSI without EHIC

I don't think EHIC will work because it is only meant for temporary stay only in host European state but you spent a lot years which means the stay was not temporary. You must had private medical insurance for that time.
