I think you have to retake the exams again as because the life for UK test center give only one and final copy with the instructions to not lose/damage it. But the alternative way which HO telephone operator told has no official source to confirm it.

There is no concept of distance relationship for getting visa under EU route but only married/unmarried partner basis. Why don't you get from your country the international driving licence to drive for some period until you get pr because when you will apply your first driving licence then have to send original passport and more likely they will see the expired visa and more likely not process even though the family...

That situation does not happen in London because of wide range of centers which even open on weekends and late evenings to meet the needs of working people. If you want to give test in November then try to keep on revision the official book because if you just sit &wait that you have preparation...

Sometimes while trying to book test then trying immediately trying to change test time/venue which is not yet confirmed/done cause the account little freezed/unclickable. Give 30 minutes, restart computer/phone and try again.
