Re: tier 4 application been voided under section 3C imm 1971

Sheraz7 and greenei both are saying correct. And yes ukba telephone operators are not visa officers just like in a building the receptionist/security can only answer generally due to lacking fully specialized knowledge. I also bet that next telephone staff will give different reply :D

Re: Life in the UK test studying/practice

If you do practice from the TSO shop life in uk test book then i am sure you will pass the test in first shot. You can do practice as much as you want on different websites but the latest office book practice tests will make you more stronger for test. Mostly well prepared applicants find the actual...

Re: Trouble from DX BRP delivery

Guys, how is that trick and has that trick someone in past tried that while sending application then also send a prepaid signed for delivery prepaid envelope and request ukba team to use that envelope for dispatching the BRP instead of using that ill DX courier company?

Anyone who attempt the practice tests from the official tso shop book will surely pass the test in first shot as long as the mind at least works at average level. :D

Re: Trouble from DX BRP delivery

I think sending BRP via royal mail secured delivery system is far more better than DX courier. At least if someone not in home simply take to the card to mailing unit and get it from there.

Then will that be right to say that once the qualifying period of 5 years which includes (4 years & 6 months + 6 months absence) will be completed then non-eu national can apply PR even EU national still want to be absent further beyond of 6 months.

Re: Self sufficient EU national with unpaid self employment

I guess that under EU directive 2004 the time spent under EU route the non-payment of tax and non-payment of bank money does not affect a self sufficient EU national as long as the EU national has its own saving+funds from non-eu family member+csi. Isn't it?
