Re: leaving uk after passport

I think after getting UK passport there is no limit on absence from UK and nobody will stop on return for working abroad.

Re: employment history 2008-09

HMRC only keep data up to 5 years backward in their ordinary computers and anything older than that you need to write to their brother department of data retrieval center where they hold data from 1948. It's exact address you can do Google search or inquire from hmrc.

Buy insurance from WPA. They are highly cheap, comprehensive, and definitely are acceptable to ukba. WPA plan include everything

Re: refused British application

I remember that before the end of 14 years illegal stay taking to ILR route many bogus applicants who are not in ukba system used to apply on false claim that they are here for the last 14 years and use fake details with the help of cheap minded solicitors. But now ukba has made BC system very tough...

Re: Does 10 year ban apply to EEA family members

I think from year 2000-till your appeal was exhausted you was covered by section 3c. Beyond that it's highly tricky. Normally if new application is being made within 28 days and if its approve then whole previous period counts as legal. But in your case you made application but withdraw yourself and...

Re: EEA2 is right form to apply for a spouse any1 help plz

Before anybody can advise I think it's better that you tell that on what grounds you applied PR? Did you had ROR before PR application? I think it maybe possible that you may get some rights from first marriage and might not even need to apply another residence permit from 2nd marriage. Tell fully t...

Re: Does 10 year ban apply to EEA family members

@wanderer Your assumption maybe right for your own only but simply if section 3c has been triggered then it will definitely be accepted under good character. Because section 3c was actually invented to avoid overstay where application is lodged before current leave expire and it will continue until ...

Yes sar file will be very helpful. But the best expert about understanding section 3C and overstay is moderator vinny. He may explain it more deeply and logically.

Re: Does 10 year ban apply to EEA family members

If the period between 2000-2007 was not covered by section 3c then it does. Section 3c applies when application sent before recent leave expire and it continue until refusal decision + 10 more days of launching appeal. Good character requirements actually design to delay people from getting BC on ov...

Re: UKBA reply over Naturalization employment history

I don't know that whether is it suitable to attach employment history but again repeating what I guess that they don't care where you work. They try to locate your weak immigration history in past and then ask as how you support yourself during that period and if you have no right of work then under...

Re: UKBA reply over Naturalization employment history

As per my ordinary guess which can be wrong as well, the people who overstayed or had no leave then ukba is actually getting them themselves be admitting that they were working by asking payslips/p60 etc for such period. Although they were already be provided funds bank statement when extending visa...

As per my little research/understanding they only ask about how you maintain yourself for the period when you overstayed to get you yourself admitted that you were working although they have your bank statements showing funds which you attached when student extension...

I think now they start tracing students as how many hours they work in student life and same loophole they will use to refuse naturalizations under good character like mhsadique case.

Re: Employment mandatory at time of application?

I personally think that this new form with new section about employment history is actually even not clear to ukba and ncs staff as what it is it meant except the policy maker. I think in few days there might be new guideline published about it. The employment shouldn't be a requirement for naturali...
