Bus travel from london to Amsterdam with eea2

If the eea2 Rc holder travel to Amsterdam from London by bus then still will the non-eu national will meet Dutch immigration authorities at amsterdam bus station asking visa questions like airline/immigration staff asks on airport.

Does directive give exemption from holding the travel insurance when EU and non-EU partner flying together. can airline such as Ryanair etc can insist to buy travel insurance.

If passport was not stamped on entry then if travelling back then in europe airport officials will not say how you here and you are illegal? Any unique code/language/article to reply them if needed.

The directive 2004 say that non-eu national having EEA2 RC can travel together with EU national visa freely to european member states. How about if on return non-EU national is returning alone on EEA2 RC back to UK initially after successfully visa free entry to member state. Any prohibtion/criteria...

I did not appeal how can i withdraw and but sent fresh appliation within legal 10 days deadline that approved in 35 days.

But my situation is different. I sent tier 4 extension 1.5 months before visa end which processed 4.5 months and refused. Then they given 10 days to appeal but before this 10 days deadline end i submitted fresh application for same course which approved in 35 days. Does it mean that 1st application ...

That issue was in 2009 very before to july 2012. Student extension was refused for which was applied before visa finish. On refusal a fresh application has submitted on the 9th day from date of refusal letter. It was approved in 40 days. Sar report no where mention how many days 2nd application was...
