O Goddd it will be an uphill task till we get our
ILR's.they have already stopped ext,and added so much of confusion to the already confused system

But this is not fair for tier 1 migrants since they have to already a high fees and then all this expense abt NHS.
I wonder on which date this will be applied,I guess in January 2015,cause any new rule once tabled will be discussed and only once all gud will be implemented in 2 months.

Any political party these days want to cut down immigration any how,the irony is they are ok with EU but very strict with NON EU...
It will be 3 years 2nd extension and extra years may also be given if needed.

Hi himanshu, I m also in the exact situation as you are,cause with extensions closing I really don't know what to do,nor anybody else can guide us whether should we go for 2nd extension or directly ILR...Because no one knows what rules the gov can get in April next year.lets see if anyone can give u...
