28 days be4 leave expires,is this rule for ILR or extension?

Dependants can extend even after april2015 .

Hi guys, Will be applying in the year end for my 2nd extension along and a Dependant visa for my new born since leaving out of country, Is maintaining £2000 as funds enough for both of us ? I saw it on ukba site,it shows £645 for any dependant visa in country and £945 for me from July 2014 onwards. ...

There are so many cases,where people got approved visa when they were out of uk unpaid but not more than 180 days.
But ukba is very unpredictable they keep changing rules so now it's fine with 180 days.i hope they do not reduce the nos of days outside.

You can apply 6 months to 1 yr be4 your visa expires.you can see in previous posts.

Yes you can go for 2 nd extension,even 6 months to 1 yr before your visa expires.and you need a 2 nd extension be4 April 2015

So 90 days continuous break won't break continuity,
But not moe than 180 days Absences hope it's clear

Oh,ok got it.so only chance is early extensions,by post atleast.
This is really frustrating.m really tensed now.

I have seen ppl getting ILR,with continuous 180 days absences outside.so this is such a grey area.they can't stop early extensions,I mean that's expected,we have no choice,we can send it atleast by post.
