i have no clue what reason should i mention in the Absences section while filling in ILR pplication form.In the 5 years i was out of UK for 160 days at a stretch for personal reasons.
Plz advice.

With all due respect to your views,we are not saying that tier 1 extension needs to be opened for the next 10 years.when all other applicants had the chance to bridge their ILR gaps by going for 2nd extension,then why should be we left out? We too have shown the same points and fees for the process....

In case ukba ,says no extension from April 2014,where is the time
To go for 2nd extension?like maintaining funds ,and what if we require extension after april 2014,since to bridge the gap for ILR?Its just not fair.

I hope,ukba won't stop extensions by 2014:(it's really very sad......
Hope they tell their decision abt extensions soon.

All arguments seem alright,but what about the ones who will suffer because of such negligence!!!we have immigrated with our families ,invested all our time and money,now where will we go?and start all from scratch?

I need second extension in aug 2014,since I have visa valid
Till oct 2015.how can they just suddenly stop in April 2014.this is horrible.
For ILR I have shortfall of 150 days for ILR:(
