My tier 1 visa validity starts from October 15th 2010 ,i 1st visited the UK on 16th October 2010,so I m eligible to apply for my ILR this year i.e 28days from 16 October or 15th October 2015?

Hi, Just state that you had been for family visit ,show them ur passport stamps that's it.search through the site,u will get self explanatory letters for absences that people have written.Dont simply say compassionate reasons cause they will ask u proof like death certificates or medical certificate...
