Re: deception ILR refused

That's what I m asking,if a person gets 2nd ext successfully, does it mean his previous tax history has been checked or not?
I know ILR they check 5 years history.then during extensions only 12 months history is checked or the initial application too.
Can sm1 plz enlighten me with this query
Thanks

Re: deception ILR refused

Have you done your 2nd extension.,
If yes then ukba would have checked your initial application history, and u must have got ur 2nd extension without any problem

Re: deception ILR refused

I guess people who went for 2 nd tier 1 extensions last year, ukba must have rigorously checked their tax returns and called few for interviews??
So people who got tier 1 ext for 2nd time must have had their application scrutinised well?

Any inputs on this

Re: Tier 1 Dependent Visa Extension - Outside UK

As long as you are not bothered abt dependent continuity ,
You can apply outside as the fees are low.
I will be doing that for my kid this August,he was born in UK but
We need to go for a holiday to our home country.
