Respacted Fellows, i won appeal, i got my and my family biomatric cards one month and ten days ago but not one of my uk born son i emailed the brp they said that a case worker will contact u but no body contacted me yet my kids want to spend their cristmis holidays overseas with their grand parents ...

MY HEARING WAS IN JULY
I GOT DECISSION OF HEARING IN AUGUST THAT MY APPEAL IS ALLOWED
IN SEPTUMBER I RECIVED MY HALF APPEAL FEE IN MY ACCOUNT
NOW UPTILL NOW I HAVE NOT GOT ANY INFO OR BIOMATRIC CARDS FROM HOME OFFICE
HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE
I HAVE TO CONTACT ANY BODY OR NOT

i am worried that i won the appeal and judge given order of refund of half fee for my self and half for each member of my family, why?
whith in best of my knowledge, they have to refund whole fee

after 10 days of my hearing i recived a letter from tribunal that my appeal is allowed
now when i will recive any updates from imigration office
when they refund my appeal fee
when i get my visa

they asked my one of friend a question that show your current appointment report what it means

i recived a letter for hearing on 20 july that my hearing will be on 20 of august, while i submited my appeal on 29 of jun 2013,
my partener has not yet recived any date
we applied togather, our bussiness is togather appeal is same then why different dates
