Actual Amount in the Accounts vs Statements

I had made direct investment from Personal to Business account in form of DL. In the bank statements, the cummulative investments totals £50598.48. In the Accounts, under Creditors notes, the figure reads £50599 (rounded up to the nearest whole number), hence a difference of £0.52 between what is ac...

Re: Error on payslips

Thanks babaty, The only thing is will it impact my application which I am sending it next week. thanks No, it wont. By re adjusting the payslip, you'll have a new payslip with the correct rate and you can print that out. And the RTI/FPS for those adjustment could be printed out immediately and atta...

Re: Error on payslips

Very well. This could actually be rectified, all depending on the software the accountant is using. I use BrightPay, and I just tried doing it now for the last financial year and it could be done. 1. Re open the payslip (for each individual employee, and for each individual month) 2. Adjust each hou...

Re: Tier 1 entrepreneur extension - Few questions

1. You're better off sending them all. 2. Sending insurance certificate isn't a requirement. I didn't send mine. My extension was successful. 3. You need to send a recent business bank statement or a letter from your bank to prove that it is a UK business. You don't need to send any other business ...

Re: Tier 1 Extension- Original statements

I think stamp is enough.[/quote]

Or you can just tell them to print exact same pages requested from the bank and stamp....as they might not even stamp this if you take it to them. So the best bet is to ask them to print the specific pages (same as the one ordered) and stamp each.

Re: Tier 1 Extension Employment (route before 6 April 2014)

Hello i am not an expert but based on my understanding the hours have nothing to do with it. Doesnt matter if your employee is doing 120 hours in a month, all the HO will consider is 30 hours a week and employment for 12 months. now in ur criteria 17 months of FT employment for 1 employee and 7 mon...

Insurance documents is a silent requirement. If you are an employer in the Uk, you need to have some insurance that covers the employee. As well as insurance that covers the business, and the products. Not stated specifically in the policy guidance/immigration rule, hence THE SILENT REQUIREMENT The...

Re: Employee/Director Salary

Salary is taxable and director's loan repayment is NOT. If a company owes you money as a director, it makes no sense to withdraw salary and pay taxes. Generally, HO will ignore any money you paid yourself from your investment for award of points. So am fine as it is right now @ Zimba? No need to re...
