Re: Home Office call to employee

Thanks Casa

The Employee is an ILR holder. She'd been employed since June 2016.

I am confused too on the letter from Council.

Thanks

Anyone with answers to the above 4 questions? Thanks
Hi, I just made an online application. It just is a lot simpler and it will only ask you to fill info based on your selections, much easier.
I don't think a Tier 1 Main Applicant could use online application. May 7, 2016 when Tier 1E extension granted. You need 104 weeks of full time employment from that date before applying for ILR.
,...that is 52 weeks x 2 yrs (for 1 employee)

So frustrating and painful when one see the professional incompetence displayed by some CW, as if they don't know what is at stake. And especially taking a whole year for that matter and the only thing they could come up with is a refusal based on CAR. If I am a CW I would've google typed to check t...

ILR continuous period is always calculated from the date of the INITIAL VISA. The extension date has nothing to do with the 5 year calculation.

Thanks Marcnath. Does that mean he will be due for extension in/by October 2018? (and not January 2020)

We thank God for the approval. My question is when will you be due for ILR? (considering the fact that you applied for extension in October 2016, where you entered this route around October 2013. So will it be October 2018 for 5 yrs continuous on this route - provided all conditions are met, OR will...
