Re: Stamp4EUFAM expire next year

If it takes 9 months to get EU3, then why is it that we can apply only 6 months before the expiry of stamp4eufam? Is it written somewhere on their website? And yes I will also apply for citizenship 6 months before expiry of stamp4eufam. As we got temp stamp 4 for 6 months and then 4.5 years on perma...

Re: Stamp4EUFAM expire next year

Thanks Broli, No I have never updated my address with Garda, but I have always sent new documents to EU treaty right office and got acknowledgement email from them. Do I need to go to local Garda station and update? I can do that now, but I wonder how will I update previous addresses with Garda if I...

Re: EU3 plus/or Naturalisation after 5years of EU-Fam-4?

Yes, i will be applying for EU3 after 6 months. I have stamp4eufam till next summers. Hi Ana, At the end did you apply for EU3? I am in same boat and wondering whats the best route. Actually, seems after 5 years one can only apply for EU3, not EU1: http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/moving_country...

Re: Stamp4EUFAM expire next year

Thanks Broli :) I have seen your posts and found them helpful as you had a similar case as mine. Do you know if EU3 is usually given in the 6 months time frame? And can I apply for both the EU3 and citizenship at the same time? You can Apply for EU3 6 month before the expiry of your current stamp. C...

My EU spouse is working full time. Do we still need health insurance?
And how much funds in the bank account is considered to be sufficient?

Re: Options after 5 years of Stamp 4 EUFAM

Ok.

For EU3 application, is the EU spouse suppose to be working or studying? And why would they reject EU3?

I read you can apply for EU after 4.5 years on Stamp4eufam. Whereas for citizenship one should hold 5 years of stamp4eufam

Options after 5 years of Stamp 4 EUFAM

Hi,
My stamp4eufam 5 years GNIB card will expire soon.
I am wondering what are my options in future? EU spouse is still working like 5 years ago.
Can i apply for citizenship? Or reapply for stamp 4 EUFAM? Or is there any permanent stamp after 5 years of residence?
Thanks
