Re: UK visit on Irish visa

Ok that's great news. For Indian and Chinese National, if the visa stricker has a BIVS marking, they can indeed visit both UK and Ireland. If the visa has been issued by Ireland than first country of entrance has to be Ireland and vice versa. http://www.immigrationboards.com/ireland/irish-uk-v-visa-...

visiting Belfast Stamp 4eufam

Hi,

I know for visiting England people holding stamp 4eufam would need to apply for family permit.
But is it possible if person holding stamp 4eufam could travel with EU spouse from Dublin to Belfast for few days?

Many thanks

Address update Stamp4EuFAM

We are moving to another city and the EU spouse would be starting another job. Do we have to inform EU treaty rights about change in job & address ASAP? or could we delay it for few weeks once we get all updated documents (2 payslips, bills, PRTB, etc)? I saw in one post that once people got the...

Re: Stamp 4 (EU FAM) Permanent Or Part time?

"better" would be permanent job for your wife. but minimum requirement even part time job would do the trick. You have to register with GNIB within 90 days of arriving in Ireland (or less time depending on the visa duration you got on your arrival here) Hi Me and My wife in Ireland at the ...

Re: Bills for EU form

I would recommend having both your names on the bills, just need to ring the company and print off online bill, if possible.

Otherwise you can submit the way it is now, and get temp. stamp 4. And after few months submit bills in both of your names.

Re: EU1 Residency Route questions

Not sure about 2nd question but re: first question,a person I met online got his stamp4eufam 5 years and they showed 20,000 euros as self sufficient. This was the case in 2012. So i think 50,000 euros should be enough, but like jeupsy said there is no hard figure given out.
