Re: ADVICE ON TRAVELING TO NORWAY

Thanks for coming back to us. I am sure your case is straight forward and you will be granted visa without any difficulty.

Any idea, if someone has Stamp4EUFAM and holds a residence permit of Schengen country as well. Do they need visa to visit Norway? :?:

Re: change od address for GNIB

I have stamp4eufam.
the easiest way to update your address is by writing to EU Treaty rights and they will update your address. You need to send them copy of your apartment contract and utility bill.

Re: Travel to Ireland with Romanian residence card

You can visit schengen country without visa, but for Ireland and UK, you need to have a visa. You can apply for tourist visa accompanied with your eu spouse. Its for free but it may take 3-4 weeks until you get the Irish visa. Also, irish embassy will ask for marriage certificate, etc

I have stamp4eufam.

You dont need re-entry visa. Just take the letter from immigration which says you're exempt from re-entry visa.

Re: EU Treaty Rights

1) No, but a long married period would show strong bond. 2) No, but again if the surname is changed it would show the strength of newly wed couple. 3) You have to submit EU1 application within 90 days after arriving to Ireland. Depends on your stay period. Sometimes at airport they would give you 30...

Re: Date of stamp in passport confusion

Its new GNIB smart cards now, without metallic chip.
They are printed only in Galway and Dublin. If you live outside of these 2 cities then it will take about 2 weeks until you receive your GNIB card.

Awaiting Stamp4EUFAM

Hi,

My decision for 5 years Stamp4EUFAM is due on 5 June 2014. It's only 2 weeks left now but till now I haven't received any letter from EU treaty rights. Do they send letter on the last day of decision? Do I need to contact them to get an update?
Please share your experience.

Thanks

Re: Residence Card and unemployment

On what basis EU1 application was refused? Because as far as i know, the EU national can be off for short periods from work and people still got Stamp4EUFAM,, He is working since he got his temporary stamp 4 around 4 weeks now. We alreadz received refusal letter but we spplied on EU4 form for review.
