Re: making it in ireland

Hello Brigid, Do we need to supply continous 6 months of payslips of the EU spouse in order to get 5 years Stamp4EUFAM? I am currently on temp stamp 4 issued for 6 months. We supplied 3 payslips with EU1 application in the beginning. Is the EU treaty right going to ask for all the 6 months payslips ...

Re: Urgent Help regarding EU1 application!

Even when we received our passports back from EU treaty rights, it was in a very thin envelope and there was a tear on the envelope and the passports could have come out easily. The office should use better quality envelopes since it has original important documents or if its too pricy then ask appl...

Re: PRTB letter

I tried contacting PRTB through phone today, but i was on the waiting system and couldn't wait long as I had to go back to work. So i couldn't get a chance to talk to officials today. I sent them an email already. One of my friend told me that the landlord/letting agency has to pay 90 euros extra if...

I hope they can send another lette...

PRTB letter

I got letter today from PRTB stating that landlord has registered the property and they have provided Tenancy Number. But the problem is that they haven't written my EU national wife's name on the letter. They don't have any phone number where I can call them. Any idea what can I do to add her name ...

Re: Evidence of Residing together for EU1 application

Ask the other tenant to write a letter that you're staying there with him and he's your friend and he's attaching a copy of bill. But for permanent stamp you must show PRTB letter and utility bills on your names...

Online bill accepted?

Hi,

I am wondering if online printed bills are accepted by EU treaty rights section, as proof of utility bills?
Because if I sign up for online billing, there is some discount available on the net bill.
Thnx

According to GNIB at Burgh quay, I can not apply for GNIB card based on my profession :( Because I entered Ireland on the basis of EU spouse visa and my only choice is to apply for EU1 application.
We sent the application this week, what's the usual timeframe to receive the temporary stamp4?
