Thanks Brother You are right It's not CCJ or penalty Court confirmed it to me :D It is NOT a civil judgement and NOT a civil penalty!!! I have been evicted by court and told to pay landlord court cost,

Rent was always on time



Do I need to disclose this in the naturalisation form ?

As it was civil matter and I went to court for it :cry:
