Hi Vimi under which catergory u get ur ILR? Option b2 is only available for your wife if u get ILR other than Long Residence as rules has changed from 6th April 2014 for dependent of ILR(Long Residence) applicant. what is maintenance requirement for applying for 10 years long residency and rough waiting times now adays?
