Hi, This september will be 10 years since I first came to this country on a visa. So, I am in the middle of preparing to apply for SET (LR). On the application form for SET (LR), there is a checklist of quite a few documents: Doctor's letters showing registration for EACH year of your stay - There a...

Hi, I have been working under Tier 2 General since Sep 13 which expires in Aug 2014. I would like to extend my Tier 2 visa for another year (same job, same employer) and have a few Q's: 1. I understand my employer does not need to conduct resident labour market test again if it was done originally f...

Hi,

She sent me the COS, and the name is incorrect but she put correction in sponsor notes. The cos does not have my job title, salary, and employer address on it. Is this normal?

She has already got my name wrong; swapped my last name and first name. She has put the correct name in the sponsor note....do you think my application will get rejected because of this? Or would it be okay as the caseworker should see the sponsor note..?

This person that I am dealing with IS the Level 1 user. She has level 1 access to SMS, but is still saying that she cannot see these information on COS. Yes, I know my job title and hospital name, but they need to be put on the application form using exactly the term shown on COS, and I know my NHS ...

So is this information definitely on COS? Including my salary, job title, etc
Is it possible that she has applied for Cos without putting these information on, therefore info not showing cos?
Is there a section on SMS where she could view and print this out?
Cheers

Hi, Thank you very much for your reply. I think my employer might be lying to me. She told me she applied for the unrestricted COS on 17th July on SMS. Then she said on 2nd Aug, that she has received the COS and just need to pay for it and assign it to me. Today, she said on 2nd Aug, the system said...

Hi,

Just a quick question - If my application is successful at the PEO appointment, would I get my passport + documents back on the same day?

Thank you.

URGENT ! Tier 2 UNRESTRICTED COS TIMELINE

Hi, I'm switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 (G) in the UK. My employer has requested for Unrestricted COS on SMS on 17 July 2013, and she says she has not received any new information on SMS yet. I thought emplolyers needed to make application for Restricted Cos only, and given Unrestricted Cos automati...
