Extension Confusion

I applied for FLR on 12 April, one month before my current leave expired. I received my extension approval today through 21 Apr 2010, which is more than three years, but leaves me three weeks shy of being eligible for ILR when it expires. Annoying, but I will worry about it in 2010, not now. I have...

The calculation is correct and I think you will fall under Salary Band A.
You must count total income not only what you transferred to UK.

Hi

You also need a certificate from your accounts department stating your job period with your gross salary and a letter stating that your job is a graduate level job and requires a degree in relevant field.

and ofcourse a tax exemption certificate.

I will mail you my sample income statement.

Hi

I am myself from UN, if you got installation allownance within last 12 months it would count.
Moreover your medical alloances would also count.
For Tax, you must get a tax exemption certficate from your accounts department. It would be helpful

my suggestion is...get your passport stamped by making first visit to UK on HSMP and then go back in April stay there for 3 months and then come back but make sure you can stay outside UK for only 6 months in 4 years to get ILR. therefore you will be left with 3 months for the remaining period

She can continue her job being an HSMP dependent and you just have to prove at the end of first year that you were actively looking for work and that you are supporting your family out of your savings(or any other way) to show that you do not rely on her earnings. I think if your target is ILR HSMP ...

I read somewhere that in total of four years you cannot stay outside UK for more than 6 months i.e. 180 days (in total). Better is to contact HSMP people go confirm. Moreover 1,200.55 GBP would be your gross salary and you will have around 950 GBP Net Salary. Goto i-resign.com to calculate your exac...
