it is a confusing situation, better wait for 2 months to have spent 7 months in india and 5 in UK then you can show 7500 GBP to get 25 points.

ILR is Indefinite leave to remain in UK after spending 4 years in UK. Approval letter does does not contain family members name. It just says you and your dependents.(no matter how many) For second options , to have baby born in Pakistan, and they apply later for EC. Then at that time you must have ...

Hi vijay First of all do not think that application will take 26 weeks, these days it is processed really fast, mine took 1 week. In 4 years total of 6 months can be stayed outside UK with trips of less than three months.

If you live more than 3 months out of UK you lose the continuty required for ILR and will have to start again counting 4 years to be eligible.

read new HSMP guidelines.

You must have received something like payslip/account statement when you got the allowance then you can add it to reach to target salary required.

But if you got the car instead of allowance then you cannot claim it as your earning.

Thats what I think

good luck

I think if you are claiming points for experience than your home(wife) address will clash with your place of work. Be sure that you have to prove that you have lived together for last 2 years or more.....

Good luck
