If I were you, I would send the Marriage certificate to erase any unforeseen circumstances, also since there is nothing to loose by sending the certificate...so to be on the safer side, just send it as requested by the Passport service!

My reference number on the acknowledgment letter start with 'NFEXXXXXXXX'

Although I don't know what you wanna achieve but I think its worth getting to dig deep into HO's 'mind' from here, isn't it?

Just leave it blank as long as you have your husband’s British passport or Naturalization certificate AND your marriage certificate included with the application.

I will say YES but you will need to request a letter from UKBA to back date the time you are free from immigration to the exact date it should be initially. Just write UKBA (your case worker) a letter to explain your situation and politely ask to be given a letter confirming the correct date you are...

I pasted my passport photo to the application with a celotape but NCS still had to staple it...I guess they have been doing it this waybefore and the Guide stated that it should be stapled or clipped but because I am aware of the rule that u don't staple or clip stuff when posting I used the celotap...

I already declared it but the lady removed it after the phone call to the HO while checking my AN form..I had another plain 'Good Character' page with me so filled another one. She said that we do not need to declare it.
