Yes, you can reapply. Waiting for appeal decision does not stop you from re-applying.

@Dada, congratulations. I am aware you must not exceed three months after your visa issuance date, so you should still be OK after your course.

can you give a timeline of your spousal visa application though, i mean how long does your application took do you have to go through appeal or not?

Where is the link to this information? ... I am not sure this can be used for UK spousal settlement visa as yet as I think it has to go through some forms of formal admittance to the UKBA immigration rules and regulations.

Or what do guys think?

Yes...Smallfamily is right...just get an official letter from your employer to validate the official 71 days you are out of the country.
