I called today the Citizenship Division Helpline. They told me that they are waiting for external reports agency.
What's does this mean?

Is it Garda report? or other agencies?

We are married for 7 years, but i have only 4.5 of legal residency. my EUFAM4 will expire on march 2014.
so divorce will take 3 years to be granted. so what should i do now to apply for retention?

I was married in Ireland. my wife don't have a permanent resdancy.
So what are the options for me, if i have to wait 3 years to get the divorce?
