Re: Nuturalisation spouse of British citizen 3years complex!

If it's the case 10 years will start from witch date? It'll be from the date that you left the country. I would still advise you to consult a lawyer. You may have to pay some fee but at least you'll get professional opinion. Most people on this forum aren't lawyers or immigration advisers. Do share...

Re: Speed of applications

Hi all, I was just wondering if there is a difference in the speed of processing the applications depending on whether they are EEA or outside? It seems as if the EEA applications take longer. HO does prioritise applications so it could be possible. Nobody knows how they prioritise it though. What ...

I have my passport to prove this, however it only has one year stamp and rest 4 years were on biometrics. I am house wife and haven't worked in uk so don't h...

my application is on the base of 6 years Treaty Rights as an employee so I thought they might contact the employer.
Still no need to contact employer as everything can be verified from more reliable source i.e. HMRC.

Re: NCS appointment next week: Checklist and preparation

You only need 1, 2, 4 and 5. ILR letter is redundant because you have BRP(assuming you dont have gap in passports).

You only need driver's licence if you have points.

Yes they'll check your form.
