Covering Letter For Extension

Dear Friends,

I am preparing documents for extension (50K). Can someone share covering letter or sample? I know applicant has to write according to his/her business but i just want to see how to make it more better.

Me and my Wife Gave Biometrics on 15/7/2017
My son gave on second letter 24/7/2017 (He missed first chance of Biometrics because of Barcode).
Status updated : Decided (6th August 2017).

Hi Friends,

Do we need to give Royal Mail reference number of Case reference number? I give my Case reference number and it says "Decided" and decision letter has been posted today. You shoud receive it within 10 working days.

Are you guys talking about the same reference system??

My Son's biometrics has not been done on time because Barcode was not accepting by scanner. I have given with wife. I just want to ask you how long does home office take to send you another biometrics letter as a second chance of it?
First letter was issued 26-6-2017.

Post office has taken my and my wife biometrics on photo copies of letter. My son barcode was not accepted by scanner. late has two dates one: 26/6/2017 and there is another one which is stamp date on top 27/6/2017. solicitor said Coming Monday is last working date. you can use EPC ( Energy Performance Certificate ) with Floor Plan. Your estate agent has this one because it is Govt. Law to have EPC before selling or renting a property. Not for you. You have to hire two full time employees for 12 month or 4 part time for 12 month, or one full time and two part time for 12 months.

So they will not consider 3000 hours of 2 and half years as a full time employee? Should i hire another full time employee?
