Hi, It is possible when you re-apply under the same situation, the cw might look at it as nothing has changed unless ofcourse: You now fit within the 180 days, or You have new proof to show you had a strong reason that they should reconsider your application Maybe best to use a solicitor who can adv...

My appointment is for 28th Feb and I unfortunately am not in a position to give any feedback yet.

Reason for absence - I had gone through a personal situation (divorce) and wanted to stay out of the country so chose to go on secondment to a different place.
