Are these UKBA home visits paid in every EEA2 family residence application or is it only done when there is not enough evidence of the genuine relationship?

Also secondly can one travel back into the country with COA whilst the EEA2 application is still in progress?

If you are in Dublin u must go to the GNIB office. They will open the doors at 7:30am and will give you ticket. The visa officers will start work at 8:00am.
