Hi Raat123, Just seen you post and to the best of my understanding i think the following: 6.1 - 2008 as that is basis of 5 yr period in your current application. 6.2 - you need to evidence absences only in the 5yr period so i dont think you need to include the previous ones. Passport does seem to be best / exhaustive list of all travels. I travel a lot too and have made a simple excel with references to In and Out stamps on the passport. If you cover all the in / out stamps within the 5yr period, you know you havent missed any... hope this helps anyway my appt is on 9th...

I guess, giving as many evidences as possible is the best option.

For example my current employer will be able to certify my absences, however the last employer can not.

I any case i am well within the limit of the 180 day rule, so hoping this should be sufficient.

OK thanks for your reply.

To support the list of absences do i need to show the visa stamps arranged in a template? Is it enough to show a copy of the passport, ofcourse the original will also be submitted.

I have opted for the same day service so will be attending in person.
