Re: £50,000 invested funds for initial entrepreneur visa

@ beckytj, equipment, lighting, decoration and few bits are ok, but renovations to the building is definitely a no go area except if the building belongs to the company. To proof investment of the funds, you will need an elaborate and comprehensive documentation including directors loan agreement in...

Re: Reapplication after appeal dismissed

@ Sonye, you have 28days from the date you receive the UT decision to submit a fresh application. You can use your existing company as long as you are still registered as the director, but it would have been better if you have started trading. Apart from your passport which is still with HO, you sho...

@ qxoil, you can write ''left UK after last application/appeal refusal''. As long as you indicate your situation on the form you should be fine.

Re: Current immigration status

@ khan881, to VARY your existing application, you will need to complete a recent Tier 1 entrepreneur application form and send necessary documents to reflect that you are now applying as a single applicant. Don't forget that the proof of 50k funding should now reflect that you now have access to the...

Re: Current immigration status

@ khan881, I am of the opinion that you should wait for the outcome of your application. But it might speed up your application if you VARY your application from team to single applicant once your team member also VARY his application to ILR.

Re: Current immigration status

@Olasunkanmi So does it mean if some gets refusal then they cannot make fresh application as their psw visa has already expired? @ khan881, people who get refused still have their PSW visa extended and wont have any problem re-applying compare to someone who withdraw his application before the case...

Re: Current immigration status

@ khan881, your application wont be automatically withdrawn just because your team member withdraw his own application. Your application will still be treated as standard and the only issue is that you may be ask to update your documents to reflect that you now have 50k of your own money. Or you mig...

Re: enterprenuer visa and appeals dismised

@ mario ali, I will advice you to re-apply as a Tier 1 entrepreneur applicant and try to prolong your biometric registration by taking extension. You can then VARY your application to ILR before the decision is taken. Your PSW visa was extended by virtue of section 3C, so your previous visa technica...

Re: interprenuer visa and appeals dismised

@ mario ali, is your last refusal from FTT or UT. If it is a refusal by FTT against permission to appeal to the UT, then submit your appeal directly to the UT as you still have the right to lodge appeal with the UT even if FTT refused your application to appeal to UT. You will buy more time with thi...

Re: Current immigration status

@ Khan881, don't make the mistake of withdrawing your application as you will automatically loose your PSW visa and also section 3C and you wont be able to apply under PSW route as your visa would have expire since 2012 according to the rule.

Re: Third Party funding - bank letter

@ syedys, as you have already applied, you should ask your brother to get a letter from Barclays that they cant issue the third party bank letter as per HO requirement and this will help your case during appeal should it get refused. Appeal might sometimes look longer, but for many with silly reason...

Re: Gurus, Team BreakUp, 10 years .. removed name fromweb

@ jimmyJ, if a team breakup, then they can only show their own individual investment of either 50k or 200k and 2 job creation.

They wont be able to join another person as team member for the purpose of visa extension, but they can do business with anyone they so wish.

Re: Need Advise on £50K funds proof

@ Arifa Riaz, you don't need to wait for caseworker to doubt your application before showing the source of funds, better be safe than regret later. Attach evidence of funds transfer from your husband account into your own account and you can ask him to give a written letter if possible as to reason ...

Re: gurus please need urgent help(maintenance funds)

@ qkiyani, you should be fine as 50k has been in the account for more than 90days. Try to include a covering letter explaining that £900 is meant for maintenance while the rest 50k plus should be evidence of investment funds.

Re: Problems in 90 days maintenance

@ ajaz77, if you cannot get another acct as suggested by BlackBirdSSG, then you may want to submit an FLR(O) application to buy more time for your 90days maintenance funds. All you need to do is fill an FLR(O) application form and give a convincing reason for submitting it. Then prolong your biometr...

@ hammad1224, if the bank issue the letter to confirm that the account is genuine, then 100% guarantee that he will win the appeal.

The only option for him now is to first fight and win the appeal.

@ jimmyJ, narsirkhan is right to state that partner B can submit his ILR application once 10yrs is completed and partner A will have to meet the 50k investment fund and employment of 2 workers on his own to get extension.
