Re: Dependent withdraw

@ Raj8080, you don't need to withdraw your dependant appeal, all you should do is that your dependant should send a letter to HO and tell them that she need to travel urgently, they can either send her passport to your address or ask her to pick it up at the airport on her way to India. Once she get...

Re: Is buying a running business considered as Investment

@ MTZ510, my advice is that you should avoid HO complicated requirement. Better invest your 50k in a fresh business which you have control over rather than in an old business were HO dictate how former owner get paid.

This depend on your circumstances but make sure your appeal get concluded before submitting any further application as the deception accusation is a very serious case that need to be fought. 2.As I've been accused of deception, can I submit a fresh ...

Re: Money Transfer Advice

@ ajaypratap11, you don't need to transfer the whole 50k at once, you can do it in bits as your business requires.

You can also do any other business apart from the one you got your visa with as long as its still at or above NQF level 4.

Re: Investment funds

@ aby00156, if you can also submit your father's bank statement to show as evidence of the source of the fund, it will really help your case as caseworker won't have any reason to doubt your source of funds. There are lots of applicants who got refused for simply having funds which the caseworker as...

Re: Deception and 10 Years My Friend hearing update

@ hammad1224, it will be better for your friend to wait till the appeal is concluded before submitting his ILR so that he will be able to clear the deception accusation. From what you stated, the bank gave your friend a letter explaining the problem that led to the account being closed, so it mean t...

Re: NEED ADVICE ON ENTREPRENEUR VISA REFUSAL

@ tola45, only the judge can decide your case with your evidences. If you can prove that the funds are genuinely available to you from third party and explain why funds get transferred in bulk on a single day, then you should be fine. If you can also prove that you earn £300 daily from the contract ...

Re: Refusal Letter Tier 1 entrepreneur(URGENT HELP PLEASE!)

@ PrinceFav, you stated that you used the same account for investment funds and maintenance funds, this mean that the caseworker is likely to have made a mistake in deciding your case and in my opinion going for an oral hearing is the best option. Entrepreneur applicants are expected to prove their ...

Re: Another Refusal Tier 1 ( Ent), Please help me out with t

@ shaik7, your refusal points are standard template use for genuineness test. To have a good chance of winning your case, you need to; (1) Have solid proof of the 50k gift from your bro-in-law and if you can get a letter rom him, then that will help your case. (2) If your business is already trading...

Re: Gurus, Entrepreneur Team Break-Up, What's Visa Status No

@ MJameelBite, partner B visa will not be revoke if partner B can get his/her own 50k investment funds and then invest it and also employ 2 workers on his/her own before extension. The condition of entrepreneur team visa does not state that you must be together with your team member forever. The con...

Re: Tier 4 visa extension problem

@ Hanafarina, its very unlikely that your visa was revoked because you would have been stopped at the airport if that was the case. You should get your visa issued if there is no other adverse immigration history. If I may ask, during your gap year how long in total did you spend within UK without s...

@ aliav09, you should be fine by the date your lawyer intend to send the bundle. Usually bundle received by the tribunal at least a week to hearing should be fine.

Did you not have any reference given about your solicitor as you seem not to trust his judgement.

The condition of getting extension after first 3yrs visa is to show investment of 50k and also to employ 2 full-time workers apart from yourself. 2. Can the £50k be in the accoun...

Re: tier 4 first, then PSW appeal refused, child is 5yo

Children that are born in UK don't necessarily have to apply for dependant visa with their parent unless they plan to travel outside the UK before they turn 7yrs when they are due for FLR(FP) private life application. In the case of kenwizza, she might need to go for a college that will give her 20...

@ RajvirGill, are the university giving you any reason/s why they don't want to give you admission for your MSC programme.
Maybe they are concern about the long period between your visa expiry and you leaving the UK as that seem to be more than 28days.
