I tried so many times but i am getting simply same message . your wife isn't eligible for ILR as she has'nt completed 2 years stay in UK.
You can apply ILR for her, 28 days before her visa expires.

This is ridiculous, i was under impression till now that Perm. employees ILR case is very straight forward. Now I feel this is something to do with Croyond specficially. So its always better to get appointment at any Non-Croydon PEO.

opening limited company is pretty easy, but where will he get the money into his company bank account, if he is unemployed ??? Also how about P60/Payslips/Dividends/Self Assesment !!
