InshAllah I hope for the best for you and a good outcome. Why don't you send a complaint through or get your MP involved? Many people have done that, it's worth a try. They really need to change the process or speed up things and stick to timeframes! I'm going Pakistan too early next month for a co...

To Zaineb If you have provided them with the correct amount of abnk statements they require, then they should overturn decision at review. However because BHC staff cant be bothered to look at reveiws, they sometimes send appeal bundle back saying they have not had time to look at review, thats wha...

Re: MP Letter

So when I get this letter will it explain how long the ECM has to review the appeal, if it passes the review date then I should expect another letter with the court date mentioned? Is this how the process works? I hear a lot of people saying 19 weeks, is this what the ECM has to work within before a...

Re: MP Letter

I'm good thank you, hope you are doing well too. When does the file reach BHC? I thought as soon as the money is debited the process starts. Will I get a letter anytime soon do you think? I will definitely write a letter to the MP in 6-8 weeks like you advised, that will probably be mid / end of Oct...

Re: Appeal Delays

I agree with you they are very fussy and like to waste people's time and money, as if we haven't got better things to do. My mum mentioned you should have gone to the MP earlier before appealing but I told her let's see what happens It really frustrating to think the people that check our files do n...

If you ring the AIT helpline number they tell you which date they are currently working on, ie. they might say they're currently working on appeals lodged on the 10th of July. This time last year they were 5 weeks behind, not sure how far behind they are now. As for your appeal, it does look pretty...
