I also called them and was told the exact same thing. Was also given a ticket reference number. It has been more than 4 days but no update.

Did anyone get the update as promised in 5 working days?

I submitted by SET (M) application on 16th February 2023. As part of the application, I only saw mandatory and other documents to be uploaded to UKVCAS. Passport will be your best bet. As colleague of mine did not remember the travels and had forgotten one of his trips on the form. The case worker found out while checking the stamps.
