Thank you we are on it. When my husband took it in 2011 it was very stressful as he is dyslexic so passed by the skin of his teeth, as he is writing and reading is a struggle, though he speaks english fluently. I am also at this stage and really worried about scanning the documents. Will the quality, size be good enough etc.
Do they also need to have the referee copies at the biometric appoinment or do you keep the originals?
Any other useful tips?

Hi All,

Just wondered if when you send your biometric data, do you receive any confirmation from the home office to say they have received it? or is the next step just the tedious waiting game to find out the outcome of the visa?
