Been told today it's reported lost in the mail. Ukba are blaming Royal Mail and vice versa. Either way I'm out of pocket £100's while I try and fight for compensation. I beg you to use the settlement checking service so you don't end up in my position!

Ukba haven't returned documents

Anyone had any experience of ukba not returning your documents? They have sent my BRP about 8 weeks ago but didn't address the package with my personal documents in correctly. This means they are missing in the postal system somewhere and neither Royal Mail or ukba seem able to resolve it. Any advice?

Get a peo appt if you can - ignore your solicitor if they say these are a waste of time and not worth the money.

Would have only sent what they asked for, nothing special

Just short of 6 months

After 5 months and 3 weeks wait, I received a call from my solicitor yesterday to say she had my BRP card. Just waiting to get it from her....

I was a HSMP plus tier 1 applicant on form o.

Mp intervention

I asked my MP to expedite my case as I have been offered a new job, the home office refused to expedite as it wasn't on compassionate grounds. They did however promise it would be done within the 6 months...

I'm a march applicant. I have made a FOI request and based on this 25% of march applications set o have been processed (think that's based on the end of July stats)
