I'm guessing HO might be processing both August and September applicants. 8 years student + 2 years PSW Documents sent: 2 passports, LIUK and a proof of address (professional body renewal form). NO lawyer or MP involved I wish everyone waiting good luck especially the oct 2012 applicant from leeds

Hi Maxinelinda, I had a similar experience with my husband's visa in Ghana. We submitted documents mentioned in his first refusal with his second application and he was again refused based on other reasons.
So do make sure you have all the necessary document when you make apply again.
