Re: Find out the Certificate of Sponsorship Number

Certificate of sponsorship number is the one your employer assigned to you when you applied for the visa. You should see it on the forms that you filled out or the copy the sponsorship certificate your employer gave you while applying for the visa.

Re: Does Your Sponsor OWN Your Tier2 Visa?

You will need to make sure that the new employer has the sponsor license so that he could issue you a certificate.

You just cannot switch a job with out your employer issuing you a sponsorship certificate.

And yes your existing employer can revoke the job or certificate.

Re: REMINDER OF ANNUAL COS ALLOCATION

As far as i know you do not need to request a COS for extension. You will apply with the same COS that was assigned initially.

If you employer is planning to get new employees then we will need to request those.

Getting restircted COS after sponsor's license

Hello,

I was wondering how hard will it be to get a restricted COS after the sponsorer has revived the sponsors license ?

Are there any reasons why the COS would be denied ?

Thanks

Re Validity of COS

From my understanding all you trying to do is apply for an extension. In that case your Boss will get you a unrestricted certificate and then you will use that certificate and apply for extension. I belive this process does not take very long. You should go ahead and get your visa extended. Why wait...
