You may be able to request your documents be returned to you.
Will it not cause some problem with my Naturalization application if I request my passport?

If I go to Citizen Advice would it help? or contacting the MP perhaps? Is there any way I can get a letter from Home Office that I can work? Sorry for asking too many questions, I just didn't see this coming :(

Re: Pending application, employer ask me to stop working

The Immigration Act 1971 would not apply to you as the family member of an EEA citizen. You could have acquired PR automatically under the EEA Regulations. But it is always a good idea to have proof of that, hence the PR Card. When did you apply for naturalisation? And do you have a PR card? I didn...

Re: EEA Residence Card Refusal PLEASE HELP/ADVICE

This is self-contradictory, there is no part of the message indicating that OP was refused for being overstayer, refusal for not having a valid ID is not the same as overstaying, being legally resident is not part of the requirement that needs fulfilling. Your opinion was clearly wrong and dangerous...

Re: EEA Residence Card Refusal PLEASE HELP/ADVICE

What are you talking about? I understand that it is your opinion, but on this ocassion your opinion is clearly wrong. who told you OP was refused for being an overstayer? Overstaying as far as EEA applications are concerned is an obsolete word. This is what I am talking about.... I came to London u...

Re: EEA Residence Card Refusal PLEASE HELP/ADVICE

In my opinion you were refused as you don't have a valid visa. As you have mentioned you overstayed since 2003. This was the same reason that is why your embassy refused to renew your passport. I would suggest you do it right, you need go back to your country, marry your partner and apply for FP. W...

Re: Valid EEA Permanent Residence Card / Expired Passport

^ The residence card is still valid as long as it hasn't passed its expiry date. I've read accounts of people travelling in the EU all the time with current visas in expired passports, although you might get the odd border guard or airline staff who hasn't been trained properly who might give you h...

Re: Valid EEA Permanent Residence Card / Expired Passport

From 6th April, all residence cards will be issued as biometric cards . You will have to pay an extra £20 at the post office for them to check your biometric information, on top of the residence card application fee of £65. I think this is better as it will prevent the pain of having to explain the...

Re: Please help - EEA FP Refused - Proving intent to travel.

Did you provide bank statements? This is to show that you have sufficient funds to support your wife and her children in UK. And it would also be less problem if you have some possible accommodation once you are in UK. In my opinion, you should travel to UK, find some job and prepare everything for ...

Re: Denied boarding with EEA Family Permit

If she's traveling on her own she needs a visa to enter UK. As you know UK is not part of Schengen Area.
I am a family of EEA national and every time we travel to EU countries I always been asked by the airline staff if I am traveling with my husband.

I would recommend for you to get a visa as you are traveling on your own. I traveled to Poland several times with my husband yet I have to present my marriage certificate every time. Re: transfer of residence documentation to new passport

The UK will not have a problem with your documentation. You may (i.e. this might happen) have a problem with an airline clerk afraid of allowing an undocumented passenger to board. Just prepare yourself for this and don't take no for an answer. Yes, that is main concern about my RC document, I may ...
