There is no fee for dependents if in the same application form otherwise they will charge £121 for dependents as well.

Yeah this is correct, you will get 15 points for your bachelors if it is written in the NARIC letter that your degree is equivalent to British degree standard.

What is the recent approximate time scales for FLR(IED) after HSMP?
Are they still processing the back log or they are processing new FLR applications as soon as possible like new HSMP applications?
